Ruby Emine Safa - born and raised in South East London's borough of Greenwich - is an aspiring Music and Sound Designer intrigued by all things in the cinema and gaming worlds. After her Extended Level 3 Diploma in Music Production and Performance, she now studies BA (Hons) Music Production for Film, TV & Games at The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance, London.

She has a rich portfolio of music to moving picture, and other narrative music projects. While still early in her music education journey, she has a wealth of musical performance and production experience.
After building her confidence on stage in piano recitals, big bands and orchestras, as well as drumming on stage with her college bandmates, she took to the screens after discovering a love for film and game scoring.

She has worked alongside other creative professionals like Natalie Tomlin for a PHD Theatre production of A Christmas Carol as the composer and producer of three original arrangements of 'Carol of the Bells', and Hristo Dunev for the song 'Wie ein Kind' as a recording engineer.

Aside from her studies and professional growth, she is interested in the development of a production company aimed at supporting female artists of many genres, providing a safe space for women to be creative and overcome the unique challenges that they face within the music industry.
